The Associazione Enologi Enotecnici Italiani – National organization of the category of technicians in the wine sector – Assoenologi Società Cooperativa is the trade union of wine technicians, most representative on the national territory.
Today it includes almost 4,500 professionals, around 85% of the wine technicians actively involved in the sector, guaranteeing them representation, protection and updating from a technical-scientific point of view, and actively working for the improvement and protection of national wine production and its valorisation and diffusion in Italy and abroad.
